Methinks that can only be acquired in the Underworld. Not positive though.

yup only underworld. there is a pet guide in this forum. search for "pet guide" and you should be able to locate it.

when you say underworld . what city i have done most of it im R/E L 20 infused armour

Temple of Ages in Kryta is where you get to the underworld. Your server must have the favor of the gods. Once you have favor get a group of 8 go up to the statue of greneth and pay 1000 gold to enter the underworld.(You can not take henchies at least when I tried you couldn't)
